These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Innox Construction By engaging our services, accessing our website, or requesting a quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered

Innox Construction specialises in, but is not limited to:

• Residential housing construction

• Quantity surveying services

• Home renovations and alterations

• Construction-related consultation and project management

All services are provided subject to written agreement, quotation, or contract.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are provided based on information available at the time and are valid for a limited period, as stated in the quote.

• Prices may change due to variations in material costs, labour, site conditions, or client-requested changes.

• Any additional work or variations must be approved in writing and may incur additional costs.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or contract.

• Deposits may be required before commencement of work.

• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

• All outstanding amounts remain payable even if work is delayed or suspended due to non-payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the project

• Ensure access to the site during agreed working hours

• Obtain necessary approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Make payments according to agreed terms

Innox Construction will not be held responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities.

5. Project Timelines

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, supplier delays, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen site conditions.

• Innox Construction shall not be held liable for reasonable delays beyond our control.

6. Quantity Surveying Services

• Quantity surveying services are provided based on information supplied by the client and professional judgment at the time.

• Estimates and cost projections are not guarantees of final construction costs.

• Innox Construction is not liable for cost variations arising from market fluctuations or changes in project scope.

7. Renovations and Alterations

• Renovation work may uncover hidden defects or structural issues.

• Any additional work required as a result will be discussed and quoted separately.

• Work will only proceed upon client approval.

8. Warranties and Workmanship

• We strive to deliver quality workmanship in accordance with industry standards.

• Any workmanship issues must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after completion.

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party interference is excluded from any warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Innox Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the specific contract.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.

Upon termination, payment remains due for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Intellectual Property

All drawings, documents, plans, and materials produced by Innox Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved within South African courts.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
